Returns & Refunds

Because Dermetco sells skincare and cosmetic products, returns are reviewed with hygiene, product safety, and customer fairness in mind. Please inspect your parcel promptly after delivery.

Return Eligibility

  • A return or replacement can be requested within 7 days only if the product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in original condition.
  • Due to hygiene and skincare safety, opened or used products are not returnable.

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • Report damaged, leaked, missing, or wrong products within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide your order ID plus clear photos or videos of the parcel, shipping label, and product condition.
  • Dermetco may offer a replacement, refund, or order correction after review and approval.

Non-returnable Cases

  • Opened or used products are not returnable due to hygiene and skincare safety.
  • Skin sensitivity, irritation, allergy, or personal suitability after opening/using a product is not treated as a normal return case unless the product was damaged, expired, incorrect, or defective. Customers should patch test before regular use.
  • Products that did not suit the customer’s skin, as results may vary by skin type, routine, and usage.
  • Change of mind after opening the product or breaking the seal.
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect storage, mishandling, or not following product instructions.
  • Minor packaging differences, batch variations, or presentation differences that do not affect product use.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection, review, and approval by Dermetco.
  • Cash on Delivery refunds may be handled through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another manual method agreed with support.
  • Refund timelines depend on the selected refund method and any verification requirements.
  • Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless Dermetco sent the wrong product or an approved damaged product claim is confirmed.

Bundle Returns

  • If a bundle is returned, all included products must be returned unopened, unused, sealed, and in original condition.
  • Partial bundle returns may affect the original discount and may require price recalculation before any refund is approved.

Cancellation

  • Order cancellation is allowed before dispatch when requested through WhatsApp or support email.
  • After dispatch, the order cannot usually be cancelled and this Returns & Refunds Policy applies.
