Dermetco delivers skincare and cosmetic orders across Pakistan through courier partners where service is available. Orders are processed carefully after confirmation.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed after confirmation and routine order checks by our team.
- Cash on Delivery orders may be confirmed through WhatsApp or phone before dispatch.

Delivery Areas
Dermetco offers Pakistan-wide delivery where courier service is available. Delivery availability may vary for remote areas, restricted locations, or service interruptions.

Estimated Delivery Time
- Major cities: 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- Other cities and areas: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can change due to courier, weather, holidays, or operational conditions.

Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges may apply depending on order value, location, courier rules, and active offers.
- Free delivery may apply above PKR 2,500 if the offer is active at checkout.

Courier and Tracking
- Tracking details may be shared after dispatch when provided by the courier partner.

Failed Delivery / Wrong Address
- Customers must provide a correct phone number, city, and complete delivery address.
- If the courier cannot contact the customer or the address is incorrect, delivery may fail or the parcel may be returned.
- Re-dispatch after a failed delivery may require additional delivery charges.

Damaged Parcel on Arrival
If a parcel arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the parcel, label, and product so Dermetco can review the issue with the courier.
