  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Before using any Dermetco skincare or hair-care product, perform a patch test on a small area of skin and wait 24 hours. Do not continue use if redness, itching, burning, swelling, rash, or irritation occurs.
  • Use products only as directed on the product page, packaging, or as advised by your dermatologist/skincare professional.

Patch Test & Safe Use

  • Apply a small amount of the product behind the ear, on the inner arm, or another small skin area.
  • Wait 24 hours before applying widely.
  • Avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, wounds, or irritated areas unless advised by a dermatologist.
  • Do not overuse exfoliating/active products such as acne serums or acne face washes.
  • Use sunscreen during daytime routines when using brightening or acne-care products.
  • Stop use immediately if discomfort, burning, swelling, rash, or unusual irritation occurs.

Orders and Confirmation

  • Orders may be placed through website checkout and/or confirmed through WhatsApp or phone support.
  • Cash on Delivery orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch.
  • Dermetco may cancel unconfirmed, duplicate, suspicious, incomplete, or operationally unavailable orders.
  • Customers must provide an accurate name, phone number, city, and complete delivery address.

Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are shown in PKR unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.
  • Cash on Delivery is available where the courier service supports COD delivery.
  • If online or manual payment options are added later, payment confirmation may be required before dispatch.

Bundles and Discounts

  • Dermetco solution bundles may include a discount, such as 5% off, to help support complete routine purchases.
  • Bundle pricing is calculated based on the products included in the bundle at the time of order.
  • Discounts, bundle contents, and promotional offers may change or end without prior notice.
  • Bundle return and refund eligibility follows the Dermetco Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by city, courier capacity, weather, holidays, verification delays, or operational issues.
  • Customers are responsible for receiving COD parcels and providing a reachable phone number and correct delivery address.

Order Cancellation

  • Customers can request cancellation before an order is dispatched.
  • Once an order has shipped, it may not be cancelled and the Returns & Refunds Policy will apply.

Refusal of Service

Dermetco may refuse, limit, or cancel orders suspected of fraud, abuse, fake COD ordering, incorrect information, repeated refusal, policy misuse, or any activity that affects fair service for other customers.

Intellectual Property

  • The Dermetco name, visuals, product images, content, design elements, and branding belong to Dermetco or the relevant owners.
  • Do not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, or reuse Dermetco content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

  • Dermetco is not liable for indirect losses, courier delays, product misuse, incorrect storage, allergic reactions, or results varying by skin type.
  • Where applicable, Dermetco’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased product involved in the claim.
